Emergency Notice

Dear PITAKA Partner,

We have been notified that some of our business partners have recently received some e-mails disguised to look like they were sent from our company’s mailboxes. The scammer's intent was to collect private information and gain financial benefits. After obtaining your email address, the scammer will create an email address very similar to our employees (for example, change the email suffix) and then use this email address to send their own bank account details to collect payment.

In order to protect the rights and interests of our business partners, we're issuing this notice to remind our partners to take precautions. We have not changed bank accounts or any bank details. If you have received an email informing you of updated bank account information, please do not believe it and inform PITAKA as soon as possible by means other than email.

At the same time, please remind your financial staff to verify the accounts of both parties when making external payments. If you have encountered this kind of deception and suffered actual economic losses, please ask your bank or the police for help.

Thank you for your continued support.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. You can reach us at the following phone number. : +852 9202 6223
